I’m Mona, an enthusiastic problem solver with a heart for people. My family and I moved from Egypt to Auckland in 2012.

I hold two bachelor’s degrees – Computer Science and Media Design.
As a UI/UX designer, I’ve been able to combine my love of design and problem solving, using the strengths and knowledge I’ve gained from each area of study.

I’ve always loved a challenge, and am passionate about exceeding the expectations of both my clients and my employers. I’m constantly pushing myself to move out of my comfort zone, coming up with new initiatives and ideas that are innovative, imaginative and serve as an interactive experience for the users.

I want to create a user-friendly experience, catered towards those it’s made for, with a human-centric approach.

When I’m not designing, you can find me volunteering as an inline skating teacher for kids, taking inspired photos of the world around me, or travelling with my family.
